| The owner and innkeeper of Bancroft Manor, Michael Snyder, has worked and resided in Kennett Square since 1982. When not serving as host in the manor, Michael enjoys remodeling, gardening, running, biking, and antiques. Combined with charitable fundraising for the Multiple Dystrophy Association, Leukemia Society, and local philanthropic organizations, he has competed in seven marathons including the New York City Marathon and the 100th Boston Marathon . A graduate of Widener University majoring in information systems and business, Michael plans on attending graduate school in these fields. Michael also stayed at dozens of bed and breakfasts across the United States. He purchased Bancroft Manor in 2000 with the intention of becoming an innkeeper, sharing one of Kennett Square's best architectural treasures with the public. |
